Join the Final SafePolyMed Workshop on Reducing Risks in Polypharmacy

SafePolyMed invites healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to its workshop, Reducing Risks in Polypharmacy, taking place on 1 July 2026 in Brussels.

The workshop will showcase the project’s innovative digital solutions designed to improve medication safety in patients affected by polypharmacy. Participants will gain hands-on experience with two web-based systems developed and clinically tested within the project: the Medication Management Center (MMC) and the Decision Support System (DSS). Through live demonstrations and interactive patient case scenarios, attendees will explore how combined drug-drug and drug-gene interaction management can support safer and more personalised therapies.

The second part of the workshop will focus on implementation challenges, regulatory considerations, and future opportunities for integrating such tools into healthcare practice beyond the project lifetime.
